Terms and Conditions of Use of the Territory Worker Database

Parties to Agreement

The parties to this agreement are the Northern Territory of Australia, represented by the Department of the Chief Minister (DCM) and you.

This agreement commences when you access an account in the Territory Worker Database.

3. Variation

We have the right to change or discontinue any feature on or accessible through this site at any time, including your ability to conduct any transactions, site content, hours of availability, pricing, equipment required for access and the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any changes will be set out on this site.

4. Charges

While there is no charge for registration in the Territory Worker Database (TWD), by registering, you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

Notification of all changes to requirements will be provided on the home page of this site prior to the change occurring as appropriate.

None of the terms and conditions in this agreement will be taken to be waived except by written notice signed by you and us.
